When you onboard to BoardingArea, we will ask you to write 10-25 posts to start your blog to prevent being penalized by Google AdSense as low content pages. Following the below recommendations will also trick Google into pushing your blog's posts higher in their results.

Your blog's initial 10-25 posts should meet these goals:

Categories and Tags (more info)

To make sure your content appears on the BoardingArea homepage feed and social media accounts, it's crucial to fill out all the appropriate categories and tags. Doing this will help your posts reach a wider audience and make it easier for readers to find content that interests them.

Blog Theme Layout

Your blog's theme layout is another critical aspect of posting evergreen content. We want to make sure your blog looks good and functions the way you want it to. Take the time to customize your blog's layout so that it accurately represents your brand.

Cadence

Cadence refers to the predictability of your posts. For example, you might choose to publish a new post every Monday and Friday. You can decide on the cadence that works best for you based on your schedule. Keeping a consistent cadence will help build an audience and make your content easier to find.

Evergreen Content

Evergreen content refers to posts that are not time-sensitive. These posts will remain relevant and informative even as time goes on. In addition to your initial 10-25 posts, it's essential to have 10-25 evergreen content posts queued in case you need to take a break. This way, your blog will continue to provide value to your readers even if you're unable to post for a while.
