Being able to track and assign the variety of requests for help that come our way has been challenging, so we use Trello integration to put real planning behind the help requests we receive.
Facebook Group | Life without Facebook? #notsomuch We have a private Facebook Group that makes it easy to share more 'community' topics and events.
Knowledge Base | Over the years we have plenty of information to share among our bloggers, information that doesn't need to be repeated—just found. This repository of self-help just may be one of our favorite tools to help you.
Direct Email | Behind all this technology and gee whiz widgets remains a personalized support group. some things are the best one-to-one and we haven't forgotten that.

Office hours are 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM MT (Denver timezone).
We want to say we are 24/7 and we try very hard to keep an eye on your needs all hours of the day and night. Realistically our goal is always to start on your question/request for help within 1-2 hours. Just because you don't receive an immediate answer does not mean your need is not heard. Many items require research and time to try to replicate and even need to be distributed across your support staff for input/ideas. We have adopted technologies to acknowledge your request and help route it to whom best to help with the answer/action.
There are some days and periods when our response may be delayed, given specific national, support staff holidays and weekends. But don't be surprised when you see help come your way at all hours of the day.
